Quorum Book a walkthrough
For strata managers and committees

Run the building, not the inbox.

Quorum turns committee email into clear decisions, keeps compliance on schedule, and holds every record the next committee will need.

The inbox

Five members, five replies, no decision.

Compliance

A routine pest approval, 11 days late.

Handover

A new chair, starting with an empty inbox.

How it works

From email to decision, without the chase.

Step 1

Email in

Each building gets its own address. Quotes, notices and owner requests sent to it become tracked items, so nothing sits in someone's personal inbox.

Step 2

Options laid out

Ask Quorum summarises the issue, checks it against past decisions and the budget, and sets out the options. The committee decides.

Step 3

Vote and done

Members vote from their phone. Once there's a quorum, one clear instruction goes to the manager and the decision is recorded.

What's inside

Everything the building needs, in one place.

Each recurring obligation has a due date. Quorum requests quotes ahead of time and lines them up so the committee can compare and decide.

Approvals register

Every motion, vote and attachment, time-stamped and searchable.

Open works

Who's doing what, when they're booked, and what's still waiting.

Documents and contractors

By-laws, minutes, certificates and approved contractors, where everyone can find them.

Phone alerts

Urgent items reach members straight away. Everything else waits for the weekly round-up.

Records that stay with the building

When the committee changes, the history doesn't leave with the outgoing chair.

For strata managers

Fewer emails. Faster answers. Your name on it.

  • One instruction per decision, from the committee's authorised contacts. Not five replies from five members.
  • Committees answer in days, not weeks.
  • Compliance tracked across your buildings, so nothing slips.
  • Offer it to your buildings as part of your service. It sits beside Strata Master, and we never touch trust accounting.
For committees

Volunteer hours, well spent.

  • Decide in a tap, from your phone.
  • Every quote, invoice and contractor in one place.
  • Hand over to the next committee with nothing lost.
  • No passwords. Sign in with a one-time code sent to your email.
Setup

Questions

What people ask first.

Does Quorum replace our strata manager?

No. Your manager still runs the building. Quorum gets them one clear instruction from the committee instead of a long reply chain, and a faster answer.

Does it touch trust accounting or levies?

No. Money stays in your manager's trust accounting system, such as Strata Master. Quorum keeps the decisions, documents and compliance around it.

Who can see what?

Committee members see the building's records. Authorised contacts can instruct the manager. Advisers, such as an accountant, can be given view-only access.

Is Ask Quorum giving advice?

No. It summarises the issue and sets out options, with what each one means for cost and timing. The committee makes the decision.

Where is our information kept?

Every page needs sign-in, and each building's records are kept separate. Only your committee and the people you invite can see them.

How much time does it take from members?

Less than email does now. Most decisions are a notification and one tap.
